5. I confirm that I am applying for IPOs only after consulting my SEBI-registered advisor.
6. I accept full responsibility for any profit or loss incurred from my IPO investments.
7. The IPO Premium app/team does not recommend subscribing to or avoiding any IPO.
8. I will not hold the IPO Premium app/team liable for any investment losses.
9. My decision to apply for this IPO is my own, made with an understanding of the company's financial situation.
10. I will only apply for IPOs on behalf of myself and my immediate family members.
11. I accept full responsibility for any bids made on behalf of third-party accounts.
12. I will verify my application number from the Bids section in the IPO Premium app before approving any mandate from my UPI app.
13. I understand that applications made using third-party bank/UPI accounts are liable to be rejected.
14. I acknowledge that HNI (High Net Worth Individual) bids cannot be canceled.
15. If I cancel an HNI application to apply in the retail category, I am aware that the HNI bid will not be canceled by the exchange.
16. I am responsible for canceling any bid for which payment is blocked.
17. I have read the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) before investing and am fully informed about the company in which I am investing.
