Tejas Cargo India Private Limited, incorporated on March 26, 2021, is a Faridabad, Haryana-based logistics company specializing in long-haul supply chain transportation services across India. The company primarily offers Full Truck Load (FTL) express transportation solutions to diverse industries, including logistics, steel, cement, e-commerce, industrial chemicals, FMCG, and white goods sectors. As of September 30, 2024, over 61% of trips were conducted using its owned fleet, while the rest were outsourced on an ad-hoc basis. During Fiscal 2024, the company completed 98,913 trips, and for the six-month period ended September 30, 2024, it executed 58,943 trips across India, deriving over 98% of its revenue from long-haul supply chain transportation. Tejas Cargo provides technology-driven logistics services, including shipment planning, route optimization, fleet selection, tracking, documentation, communication, and performance evaluation. As of October 31, 2024, the company operates a fleet of 1,131 vehicles—218 trailers and 913 container trucks—with capacities up to 42 tonnes. Of these, 292 vehicles are debt-free, comprising 34 trailers and 258 container trucks. Four vehicles are yet to be transferred from Trans Cargo India, a sole proprietorship of promoter Manish Bindal. The fleet integrates IoT-based solutions such as Geo Fencing, Centralized Digital Locking, GPS and SIM tracking, ADAS/DSM, and AI-powered rear cameras, maintaining an average vehicle age of 2.88 years. In Fiscal 2024, Tejas Cargo transported approximately 11,94,199.50 billed tonnes with an on-time delivery rate of 78.13%, improving from 72.38% in Fiscal 2023 and 63.84% in Fiscal 2022. As of September 30, 2024, the company employs 284 personnel.
