Manufacturing Capacity & Expansion

The company produces 8,000+ SKUs ranging from 0.07 mm to 25 mm, demonstrating its capability to supply diverse and highly customized products. It also plans to expand its portfolio with new offerings such as copper foils, solar cables, and aluminum winding wires.

Backward Integration for Quality & Supply Control: The company manufactures a portion of its copper rods in-house using copper cathodes, ensuring better quality control, supply consistency, and sustainability. Around 35–40% of its copper rod requirement is produced internally, strengthening operational reliability.

Strategically Located Manufacturing Facilities: Its operations in Anand, Gujarat provide easy access to major seaports like Hazira and Mundra, enabling efficient import of raw materials and export of finished products. This strategic location enhances logistics efficiency and supports cost-effective distribution.

Experienced Promoters & Skilled Management Team: The business is led by promoters with extensive industry experience—over 40 years and 20 years respectively—supported by a strong team of functional managers. Their deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership have been instrumental in driving growth and expansion.

Weakness

Regulatory Notices Received by Promoter Group: One of the promoters and certain promoter group members have received notices under SEBI regulations in the past. Although the matter was settled, any future notices or penalties may negatively affect the company’s reputation, stakeholder confidence, and potentially its financials.

Delays in Payment of Statutory Dues: The company has had instances of delays in remitting statutory dues such as provident fund contributions and taxes. Continued non-compliance or delays may lead to penalties, increased scrutiny, and could adversely impact financial health and regulatory standing.
